The Malecón is a continuous six-kilometre clifftop park system running the length of the Miraflores coast. Apartments here trade at a modest discount to the Malecón while offering the strongest day-to-day convenience in the district — a common choice for buyers who intend to live full time rather than hold for views.

San Antonio sits at the southern edge of Miraflores, bordering Barranco. It combines established mid-rise residential stock with a growing cluster of independent cafés and design studios. Buyers looking for character and a lower entry price than the coast frequently settle here.
